FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
When will I be able to order my Class Ring?
All Juniors will attend a presentation that will cover all senior jewelry such as Class Rings, Tags, Bracelets and
Charm Necklaces. All Juniors will be given a packet to bring home to make their selections. The orders will then be collected on scheduled days following the presentation, usually during the lunch periods.
What should I do if I am a senior and still need to order my Class Ring?
Class Rings can be ordered at any time by visiting the Jostens Ring Designer. If you need to have your finger sized, you may visit our office or any local jeweler.
What should I do if I need to send my ring for resizing or repair?
If you have a warranty issue, you need to send the ring to Jostens Warranty at the following address.

What do I do if my ring has been lost or stolen?
If you have lost your ring and wish to have it replaced with your warranty, please call Jostens Warranty at
1(800) 854-7464.
When are cap/gowns usually ordered?
All seniors will attend a presentation that will cover ordering senior items including cap/gown and announcements for their special day. Seniors will be given a packet to bring home to make their selections. The orders will then be collected on scheduled days following the presentation, usually during the lunch periods.
What should I do if I have not ordered my cap & gown yet and I missed the order days at school?
If you have not ordered your cap & gown, and it is ten days or less from your delivery date, please purchase a "cash & carry" unit on your school's delivery or rehearsal date. Prices for cap & gown units may be found by visiting The Graduation Center.
When are Announcements delivered?
Announcement deliveries begin in the spring. Cap/gown deliveries are scheduled separately closer to graduation at the end of the year.
When are the cap/gowns delivered?
Cap/Gown orders are usually delivered about a week or so before graduation. If you are in need of a cap/gown for pictures, please contact to your school to check out a loaner unit.
What if my cap and gown does not fit?
If your gown does not fit, it may be switched out at delivery or rehearsal for the correct size. Caps are one size fits all.
What if I only need to purchase a tassel or cap?
An a la carte tassel or cap may be purchased at delivery, rehearsal or graduation. We do attend most ceremonies.
What if I have lost my tassel or cap?

When will I receive my invoice?
All invoices will be mailed and emailed to you based on the information that was given to us on your order form. We send & email invoices to everyone. If you have not received an invoice by the beginning of February, please email us to update your contact information.
When will my items be delivered?
Delivery date information will be conveyed by email, mail, and morning announcements at your student's school. Delivery dates will also be posted on our website under the Delivery Dates tab. If your student misses the delivery day, you will need to pick up your items at our office.
